Delete Your FlowCue Account

You can remove your FlowCue account directly from within the FlowCue app. This makes managing and deleting your data easy, secure, and convenient without needing to visit an external website.

FlowCue provides a simple way for app users to permanently delete their accounts and all associated data. The process ensures that once deleted, your personal and device information are fully removed from our systems.

How to delete your account

To delete your account, open the FlowCue app on your mobile device and go to Settings → Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account and its associated data will be permanently deleted. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, all user-related information such as your name, email, and password hash are removed. In addition, any linked homes, devices, and water usage data — including alerts and calibration history — are permanently deleted from our servers.
